IBM's global learning platform needed continuous evolution to serve a worldwide workforce with reliable content delivery, automated synchronization across backends, and a robust editorial workflow for reviewers.
The Approach
Over a sustained engagement we led technical evolution—designing a Worker Queue for automated data sync, building a comprehensive reviewer dashboard, and modernizing toward Node.js, Express, and Angular on IBM Cloudant and IBM Cloud.
